Shipping

When we package items, we place a returns address on the outside of the package, this does NOT include our company name, just the address. We do NOT place any enclosures in the package, and there is no reference that your order may have been handled by our company.

Depending on stock levels (as detailed on our website at the time of ordering), we aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Should an item be out of stock, you will be informed at the time of ordering, or at the earliest posssible occasion, by us, using email or telephone. We aim to deliver out of stock items within 30 days of the order being accepted.

We will send orders, using your chosen delivery method.
Please note that standard delivery services do not provide tracking information, but we will obtain proof of postage for these orders.

Postage is calculated automatically in the checkout by the total weight of items ordered.

The postage is set in the Checkout, and is calculated by the weight of the item. Zone 1 and 2 countries are seperated automatically in the checkout.

Returns

Should you wish to return an item, please contact us first.
We cannot accept returns of media (DVDs and CDs) if they have been opened, unless the return is for a manufacturing fault.
All orders we send, will have our address on the outside for returns. Should an order be returned to us, we will then inform you of this.
Should you return an item to us, in accordance with our terms and conditions, we will either issue a replacement item, or a full refund.
